Brian specializes in Tenant Representation and in the leasing of office properties in the Central Business District of Downtown, Crown  Center and Northland areas of Kansas City.  He is also very active in the acquisition and disposition of office properties and multi-site facilities.  Brian has completed over 2 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $105 million in the past five years.

Since joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 1997, Brian has acquired Kansas City market expertise in both leasing and property management disciplines.  Brian and his team members have achieved many recent successes for clients in both tenant and landlord requirements.
