Brett specializes in assisting companies in Silicon Valley with the leasing and purchase of office/R&D property.  His clients, both fortune 500 and start-up companies, find value in his strong work ethic, knowledge of local markets, and ability to find and negotiate real estate deals.

A Los Altos native, Brett studied Business Management at Brigham Young University and San Jose State University.  Brett financed his way through college selling pest control services door-to-door, which molded his career in sales as a self-starter.  After joining Colliers in 2011, Brett has ranked in the company’s monthly Top 10 on multiple occasions and is consistently recognized as a market leader through his strong work ethic and determination to exceed client expectations.

Brett resides with his wife, son and daughter in Los Altos, and is an active member of his local church and community.  He is fluent in Spanish, having lived in Barcelona, Spain for two years where he did volunteer work for his church.  Brett enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.
