Brett joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2007. Mr. Kingman specializes in office tenant representation. He has been actively involved with Atlanta’s office tenants since 2003. Mr. Kingman recently worked with AT&T in their Select Business Markets group. For three years, he established and managed relationships with tenants through consultation and by providing cutting-edge technology networks to companies like Swiss Army Brands, Dooney & Bourke, Pilot Pen Corp, and Pequot Capital. At AT&T, he held the position of National Account Executive responsible for supplying total network needs to Class A office tenants in Atlanta and other national markets. Prior to his tenure with AT&T, Brett was attending University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor’s in Marketing. Brett was also an active member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity while at the University of Georgia and held positions such as IFC Representative and Greek Leadership Liaison.
