Mr. Corsmeier is one of the leading members of Colliers Pinkard Asset Services group. Colliers Pinkard Asset Services represents a broad range of owners and investors in the marketing of office single story flex properties for lease and/or sale.
Having over 40 years of combined experience, Colliers has had the privilege of handling some of the Triangle's premier projects. Asset Services provides a platform delivering multiple disciplines that include lease consulting, disposition strategies, site selection and acquisition, asset repositioning, market research, and investment strategies. Over the past four years, the team has completed over $200 million in transactions, including award-winning deals recognized by The Triangle Business Journal Space Awards and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.
Mr. Corsmeier has represented a broad range of owners and investors in the marketing of properties for lease and/or sale. Some of his current and past assignments include:
- Regency Park – over 800,000 square feet of existing and proposed Class A Office mid-rise in a wooded park setting
- Meridian Corporate Center - a premier office park with over 612,000 square feet of Class A mid-rise and single-story office buildings
- American Tobacco Campus - one of NC’s most exciting warehouse rehabilitation projects, American Tobacco Historic District is 573,000 square feet of Class A office space owned by Capitol Broadcasting Company
- Keystone Park - one of Research Triangle Park’s premier office parks, with 290,000 square feet of Class A mid-rise office
- Vanguard Properties – Class A garden office in suburban North Raleigh
In addition to traditional brokerage services, Mr. Corsmeier provides lease consulting, disposition strategies, site selection and market research, and acquisition and investment strategies throughout the Colliers network.
Mr. Corsmeier is active civically in several organizations including a member of Christ Church, a member of the Educational Foundation of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a member of Raleigh Country Club.
