With experience in commercial real estate spanning 29 years, Bob has been and continues to be a proven leader in his profession. Bob is a part of a team of professionals specializing in major investment transactions for single and multi-tenant retail, office, and industrial properties. Bob and his team have completed more than 250 sales transactions valued at $1.8 billion in consideration.

Bob is the Minneapolis - St. Paul representative of Colliers International Investment Services Group (CISG). CISG is among the leaders in connecting capital with real property. With more than 50+ members nationwide completing billions of dollars in investment sales and financing transactions, CISG professionals provide unparalleled breadth and depth of services to both private and institutional clients.

Bob has consistently placed at the top level of Colliers International brokers and earned the Top Investment Sales Broker Award in 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Bob is an Everest award-winning investment sales broker for 2014, 2015 and 2016, representing the top 10% of all Colliers brokers in North America. Bob is a First Vice President and past President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and is the past Central Division Operations Chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
