Career History
Bob has been involved in the marketing of real estate in more than 20 states during his 30 years in the auction business. He became associated with the F.C. Tucker Company, now Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 1993. Bob was involved in marketing real estate nationwide with a national auction company. In addition, he was involved in the management of auctions with total sales in excess of $325 million.

Auctioned a 77 unit townhome community in Carmel, Indiana.

Auctioned an 86,000+ SF, plant/warehouse facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Auctioned a 75,000 SF call center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Auctioned the 18,000+ SF former Montgomery Inn restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Auctioned the 7,300 SF, former Circle V Brewing Co. restaurant in Indianapolis, Indiana

Auctioned a 28 unit townhome community in Broad Ripple, Indiana.

Marketed 100 acres sold by the Indianapolis Airport Authority for the development of an industrial park.

Marketed 220 acres of land for a commercial, residential and multi-family development in Fishers, Indiana.

Auctioned the Palace Theatre in Louisville, Kentucky (a 3,000 seat historically renovated theatre).

Auctioned the Guaranty Building, a 9-story office building on Monument Circle in Indianapolis.

Auctioned the leases for 20+ former Roselyn Bakery locations in the Indianapolis area.

Auctioned 8 school buildings for the Indianapolis Public Schools.

Auctioned the former Marion County Health Center for the Commissioners of Marion County Indiana.

Auctioned a 400 unit apartment complex in two high-rise buildings.
