Bob has over 20 years of experience and has been involved in numerous third-party investment sale transactions with a primary focus on Office, Industrial and GSA Leased Properties. In addition, he has expertise in acquisitions underwriting, due diligence, valuation and joint venture analysis.He joined Colliers International in 2000 to support the execution of investment sales, debt financing, and equity placement transactions. In his current capacity, Bob incorporates his financial analysis background and transaction experience in all facets of commercial real estate with the investment services team at Colliers International to specialize in executing industrial and office investment sales assignments.Bob began his career in 1989 as a financial analyst for Carter & Associates. In 1993, Bob joined Ben Carter Properties as Director of Investment Services, participating in development, acquisition, disposition, financing, and brokerage activities. In 1997, Bob became the Chief Underwriter for DECK Realty Group (now Kaufman Realty Group) and was responsible for evaluating all potential real estate acquisitions for the company’s investment portfolio.
