Achievements
As a Top Producer with Carter and it's antecedent companies since 1989, Bill has represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. When representing landlords or sellers, Bill's marketing background (he once co-owned a marketing/advertising agency) helps him to identify and solicit the best prospects. "You can't sell commercial real estate," according to Parke. "Once you have the prospect in hand, you have to help him through the complicated process of acquisition." As a buyer/tenant representative, Bill's 20 years in commercial real estate have given him the experience to find the right property, identify the issues and resolve the problems. "No one knows all the answers," says Bill, "and they're never the same from property to property. What is important is to know the questions and how to get the answers." If experience matters, Bill has done it.
