Area of Specialization
Ben specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties throughout the San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Merced Counties. He is on the ICSC Next Generation Program Committee for Northern California. Ben works on behalf of international, national, regional and local developers, property owners, tenants, users and investors.

Background
Prior to joining Colliers International, Ben served as a Project Manager for the largest homebuilder in the United States, D. R. Horton, and was responsible for 25% of the 2006 fiscal year closings for the division, valued at over $100 million.
