Bayard Snowden focuses on industrial properties for sale or lease and investment sales. Development activities include build-to-suit, design-build, and speculative development of warehouses and retail space. Bayard has been managing partner for multiple partnerships aggregating approximately one million square feet of buildings.From January 1973 through 1975, Bayard served on Active Duty with the United States Marine Corps. After officer training in Quantico, Virginia, he graduated from the Field Artillery School in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma and then began an overseas tour of duty with I Battery, 3d Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, stationed at Camp Hague, Okinawa, Japan. After deployment with the 3d Marine Battalion Landing Team in the South China Sea in 1974-1975, he returned to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and was attached to the 2d Field Artillery Group for the remainder of 1975.Bayard joined Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc., which now operates as Colliers International, in 1976. In 1981, he became a shareholder and officer in the company and holds a broker license in Tennessee and Mississippi.
