Career History
In 22 years with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), Bart has completed over 1,000 transactions valued in excess of $600 million. In the past three years alone, Bart has been responsible for completing over 135 transactions totaling $150 million in volume. He is a life member of the company’s prestigious Presidents Club. He has received the George C. Charbonneau Award seven consecutive times for his outstanding sales performance, leadership and community involvement. Prior to joining CTMT, Bart spent five years as a sales representative for Eli Lilly and Company.

Supervalu in the sale of a 300,000 sf facility and an additional 59 acres in Bloomington, IN to Indiana Cold Storage.

Kennedy Associates and MEPT in the lease of 127,000 sf to Icon Transportation at North by Northwest.

Lauth Property Group in the leases of 198,000 sf to both Best Buy and Sur la Table at Eaglepoint Business Park.

Foursquare Development in the sale of the 210,000 sf Carmel Technology Center, the 55,000 sf Carmel Corporate Center and a 324-unit apartment complex (The Arbors of Carmel), to a private trust in Carmel, IN.

Lauth Property Group in the sale of a 405,597 sf facility to O’Reilly Auto Parts at Eaglepoint Business Center.

Kennedy Associates and MEPT in the lease of 98,720 sf to Laticrete at North by Northwest.

Riggs Bank, N.A., as Trustee of the Multi-Employer Property Trust in Indianapolis, in the sale of the 221,100 sf Post 33rd Business Park to GE Capital.

Lauth Property Group in the lease of a 805,200 sf build-to-suit facility from TJX Companies at Eaglepoint Business Park in Brownsburg, IN.

Industrial Development International in the sale of the 216,364 sf Northwest Business Park Building C-2 to Equitable Real Estate Company.

Kennedy Associates and Riggs Bank, N.A., as trustee of the Multi-Employer Property Trust in Indianapolis, in the sale of the 231,000 sf Georgetown Center in Park 100 to Duke Weeks Realty Investments, Inc.

Lauth Property Group at Eaglepoint Business Park in the lease of 505,000 sf distribution center for Guitar Center, the country’s largest supplier of musical instruments.
