Annette Mengert has 13 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Mengert’s responsibilities include managing retail and office properties within the Company’s retail/office portfolio.

BUSINESS & EDUCATION BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2006, Ms. Mengert served as vice president for Cumberland Management Partners/The Hawkins Companies where she managed a portfolio of 5 million square feet of single story and mid-rise office. Before joining Cumberland, she served as a retail property manager for Cousins Properties and was responsible for management of a portfolio of six retail power centers located in Atlanta, Southern California, and Virginia.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Mengert is especially active with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-GA Chapter (NMSS-GA) where she serves on the Board of Trustees. For the last 3 years, Ms. Mengert has been a major fundraiser for Georgia’s “Walk MS”. She also serves on the Advisory Committee for Leadership Class
and on the Government Relations Committee.
As a member of Commercial Real Estate Women – Atlanta (CREW Atlanta), Ms. Mengert serves on the Membership Committee and is a member of the 2010 CREW Leadership Class.
Through BOMA Atlanta, Ms. Mengert has been a TOBY Judge for 2 years – (Medical Office Buildings) and serves on the Community Service Committee supporting the children of Hillside
