Annette Mengert has 11 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Ms. Mengert’s responsibilities include managing retail and office properties within the Company’s retail/office portfolio.  Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2006, Ms. Mengert served as vice president for Cumberland Management Partners where she managed a portfolio of 5 million square feet.  Before joining Cumberland, she served as a retail property manager for Cousins Properties and was responsible for management of a portfolio of six retail power centers located in Atlanta, Southern California, and Virginia.
