- Real estate broker since 2001- Consults with municipalities to determine areas of opportunity in comprehensive plan; local, state and national governmental incentives; entitlement and rezoning process and strategy; and property highest and best use.- Assists property owners in land / infill redevelopment disposition based on realistic municipal objectives to obtain highest return for client.- Identifies acquisition sites for developers, investors, REITs and users and guides them through the entitlement / rezoning process- Prior to entering commercial real estate, Anne worked for Xerox Corporation where she led the company in sales six out of her last nine years.
Anne received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Vermont in 1987. She also received a Masters of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduation School of Management in 1992.Anne is a licensed broker in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.
