Mr. Smith is a Senior Vice President and Principal and is a member of the Office Services Group. Working from the Columbia, Maryland regional office, Mr. Smith is responsible for providing real estate advisory services on a local, regional, and national basis to a growing customer base in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
Mr. Smith has assisted numerous companies with their real estate business planning process and currently maintains an active corporate service advisory relationship with such clients as:

- Concurrent Technologies Corporation
- Tanager, Inc.
Mr. Smith has been active in providing project marketing services to a number of owners throughout the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Some current and/or past assignments include:

- Emory Properties - 10010 Junction Drive, a 106,711-square-foot office building located in Annapolis Junction, MD
- Delma Properties - 6810 Deerpath Road, a 79,413-square-foot office building located in Dorsey Business Center in Dorsey, MD
- Maryland Association of Realtors - 200 Harry S. Truman Parkway, a 54,000-square-foot office building and 2594 Riva Road, a 10,000-square-foot office building located in Annapolis, MD
- Grosvenor - bwtech@umbc, a multi-building research park currently consisting of 5521 Research Park Drive, a 62,500-square-foot office building and 5523 Research Park Drive, a 59,157-square-foot office building.
