Andy joined Colliers in 1989. He specializes in the sale, leasing and investment of industrial, distribution, manufacturing, R&D properties and land.

He has developed an intimate knowledge of the Delaware Valley, focusing primarily on Eastern Montgomery County, Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia markets.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Andy has extensive experience in targeting industry trends. His strong mechanical aptitude allows him to understand the manufacturing process and translate that understanding into real estate parameters. He is known for providing creative solutions and structures to challenging assignments.

Prior to joining Colliers, Andy was President of a regional trucking firm which provides him with an excellent logistical background.

He represents clients nationally and has done sale, lease, and build to suit projects throughout the country.
