Andy has extensive experience in targeting industry trends. His strong mechanical aptitude allows him to understand manufacturing processes and translate that understanding into real estate parameters. Andy's prior experience as President of a regional trucking company also provides him with an excellent logistical background. He has developed an intimate knowledge of the Delaware Valley, focusing primarily on Eastern Montgomery County, Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia markets.
He represents several clients nationally, and has done sale, lease, and build to suit projects throughout the country.
