Andrew joined Colliers Spectrum Cauble in 2006.  Mr. Walker specializes in office tenant representation and has been actively involved with Atlanta’s office tenants since 1998.  Previously, Mr. Walker worked with Cypress Communications and for two years, he established relationships with tenants through supplying managed communication solutions to landlords such as Childress Klein, Jones Lang LaSalle, Colonial Properties, and CB Richard Ellis.  At Cypress Communications, he held the position of Senior Account Executive responsible for supplying voice and data needs to Class A office tenants in Atlanta.  Prior to Cypress Communications, Mr. Walker worked with ValleyCrest Companies for six years where he developed relationships with Atlanta real estate companies such as Carter & Associates, Trammell Crow, and CB Richard Ellis.  He was a project manager responsible for selling construction and maintenance landscape contracts to office landlords.  With his successful sales career and real estate experience, Mr. Walker is a powerful member of Colliers Spectrum Cauble’s office tenant representation group, and has successfully completed 30 transactions in the past two years. 

 

Mr. Walker is active in his church, Smyrna First United Methodist and with a Leadership Ministries Group.   He was voted Vice Chair of the Ambassador Group 2009 with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Young Council of Realtors, and a Young Leader with CoreNet Global.  He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.
