Ana joined Colliers in 2008 and since the first day she worked closely with Philip Bay, former Regional Director on different assignments all around Southeastern Europe. She has proven her ability to handle sentitive projects, shown great organization skills but also confidetiality and punctuality.
In 2010, Ana became General Manager for Greece. Later in 2011 was promoted to Managing Director. Since then Ana has managed accounts such as: Millennium Bank, Kraft & Cadbury, L'Oreal, BVIC, H&M, DuPont, Dolphin Capital Investors, Lakis Gavalas, HSBC Bank.
Lawyer by education, Ana was working in one of the best legal office in Serbia. She specialized in company and commercial law and she is member of the BAR. She was also particiapting in the privatization process of public companies in Serbia.
Accomplishments
As Senior Regional Associate | Southeast Europe, Ana successfully contributed in several Regional projects: improved Regional internal newsletter while doing so promoting SEE throughout Region, first launched learning programs in SEE, dedicated time and effort that CU is used regularly among CU Europe users which resulted in Greece holding first position, highly contributed on both CMN and SEE platforms, supported Our People and last, during the Colliers SEE Mentoring program 09/10, Ana prepared several reports on Mentoring in SEE.
First as General Manager and now as Managing Director, Ana has made it her personal goal to bring in clients specially ones that are first comers to Colliers Corporation. Also, firm believer of motivation, on a daily basis Ana motivates, encourages and leads her co-workers through challenging situations while implementing the team.
Ana's strong dedication to her company and team and her passion for what she does, made her nominee finalist in both awards categories "Spirit of Colliers" and "Leadership" at the 2010 EMEA Awards organized by Colliers International and again in the 2011 for category "Leadership".
