Amy Fingerhut is an Associate with Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty and is responsible for the marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of new developments and existing developments ranging from grocery-anchored, power centers, mixed-use developments and unanchored strips. Amy works with Coleman Morris actively seeking tenants, as well as, serving clients.

Prior to joining Colliers Spectrum Cauble, Ms. Fingerhut was a leasing representative for Pellerin & Salomon Real Estate Services, a shopping center development company and prior to that spent five years with Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Property Tax Consultant working with clients such as Thomas Enterprises, Post Properties and Kohl’s Department Stores.
