Alexander Deitch is Vice President and a Senior Associate with Colliers Spectrum Cauble, specializing in leasing, tenant representation, and pre-leasing of new developments.  Mr. Deitch oversees a portfolio of retail properties in excess of one million square feet throughout metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia.

Mr. Deitch partners with Chris Routledge to represent owners and developers including Kroger, American National Insurance, and Trammell Crow Development with site selection, development and redevelopment analysis, site planning, pre-leasing and marketing of anchored and un-anchored shopping centers and out parcel sites.  Mr. Deitch also represents several national retailers including Burger King, Goodyear and Value Plus Hotels in site selection and acquisitions.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mr. Deitch has handled a large portfolio of clients including, institutional owners such as American National Insurance Company and Kroger, as well as many entrepreneurial owners.  Mr. Deitch is also actively involved in the representation of regional and national tenants in their real estate selection process, and actively participates in the portfolio expansion endeavors of Colliers Spectrum Cauble.
