Alexander Deitch is Vice President of Colliers Spectrum Cauble’s Retail. Mr. Deitch, whose areas of expertise include retail leasing, tenant representation, development and redevelopment analysis, site-planning and marketing, oversees a diverse portfolio of retail properties in excess of one million square feet. This portfolio includes a variety of new and existing grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use developments, power centers, land and outparcels located throughout the entire metro Atlanta area and the state of Georgia.
With his team, which includes Chris Routledge and Greg Eisenman, Mr. Deitch works to maximize the value of his clients’ investments, striving to meet and exceed their expectations. Some of the landlord clients Mr. Deitch has worked with include Kroger, American National Insurance, Majestic Realty, Developers Diversified Realty and Wal Mart. In addition, Mr. Deitch and his team represent multiple national fast food users, Goodyear, IHOP and Value Place Hotels and other tenants with their real estate needs which include site selection, market analysis and property disposition.

Mr. Deitch’s annual production consistently places him among the top retail brokers in the metro Atlanta market. His experience in working with major national clients as well as his ability to work with small developers has helped him to achieve such accolades as CoStar Power Broker and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ “Top Ten Retail Producer Broker Award”, each of which he has earned on multiple occasions. Mr. Deitch is an active participant in his community, volunteering and serving as leader for a variety of professional organizations.
