Duties and Responsibilities: Include real estate valuation and consulting in the
Minneapolis/St. Paul area, the state of Minnesota, and adjacent states of Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota, and analyzing virtually all types of real estate. Appraisal assignments have concentrated on larger, commercial/industrial properties, hotels and motels, larger apartment properties, and various specialpurpose properties. Valuation, evaluation, and counseling assignments have dealt with significant management decisions regarding real property and have been utilized for mortgage financing, real estate tax abatement, condemnation, charitable contribution, mortgage loan underwriting, buy/sell decisions, lease and rental rate analysis, investment feasibility analysis, market analysis, litigation, zoning applications, special assessment appeals, pension fund valuation, purchase price allocation, estate valuations, syndications, real estate investment trusts, site selection, and major industrial plant relocation purposes.
