Alan has been associated with Colliers Arnold for 15 years, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Pinellas County. Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Alan was affiliated with Continental Real Estate Companies in Columbus, Ohio as Realty Division Director; and Busch Properties, Inc. (Division of Anheuser Busch) as a leasing specialist and real estate broker. With over 30 years experience in commercial real estate, Alan has produced over $400 million in completed transactions and represented buildings totaling 10 million square feet. In addition, Alan’s expertise comprises property management, market analysis and working with local government to finalize building development issue.

Achievements
As a commercial real estate broker he has leased over 4,500,000 square feet of office, flex and light industrial properties to tenants such as Bank of America, Rockwell International, AT&T, Western Reserve Life Insurance, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber. In addition, Alan has completed sales transactions for office and commercial buildings valued at over $175 million with B.F. Goodrich Aerospace, Price Waterhouse, Honda of America, Wendy’s International and Huntington Banks. Alan has also represented institutional landlords including Allstate, Nationwide and Cigna insurance companies. Since 2006 Alan has completed 104 transactions encompassing 650,000 square feet, valued at $65,000,000.
