Wilson joined the Colliers Arnold team in 2005 as an Industrial Specialist concentrating on the Central Florida market. Wilson has represented both Landlords and Tenants in the disposition and leasing of existing facilities, site selection for new locations, consulting on current real estate leasing and/or ownership positions, as well as assisting owners with development strategies. His understanding of current market trends and conditions has been invaluable to the Colliers Arnold team. His goal is to help educate his clients on market trends and property values so that he can maximize the value and overall return to his customers.
Since joining Colliers Arnold in 2005, Wilson has been involved in the leasing and/or sales of over $115 million of industrial and office properties in Central Florida and currently shares responsibility for over 1.5 Million SF of existing industrial product in Central Florida. Wilson has also been involved in over 20 industrial building sales in the Central Florida market. He takes pride in understanding his clients' needs and being able to provide proven market solutions.
