Company Experience

Bill is presently the Chairman of the Board for Colliers Ostendorf-Morris.  In 1976, he became the Chairman and CEO of the Ostendorf-Morris Company.  Over the next three decades, Mr. West continued his leadership as the Managing Partner of Colliers Ostendorf-Morris. 

In addition to his daily obligations with regards to the operations of the company, he is involved in the development and investment business and corporate services.  In addition to his daily obligations with regards to the operations of the company, he was involved in the development and investment end of the business.  In that capacity, Bill participated in the development of over 2 million square feet of office, warehouse, and manufacturing space and over 1½ million square feet of office space in various partnerships.

In addition to this personal participation, he was also involved with a number of transactions with third parties.  Bill focuses primarily on investment and development work.  The majority of this third-party business, representing both buyers and sellers, will include both office and industrial properties. 

Bill is part of the group that repurchased the Cleveland office.
