Mankin also served as the city of Fort Myers’ property manager, and was instrumental in the planning and development of many high-profile projects including the City of Palms Park, the downtown multi-modal transit center and North Colonial Linear Park. As Economic Development Director, Mankin successfully retained and attracted such notable firms as the Pepsi Cola Bottlers of SW Florida. Since moving into private brokerage in 2001, Bill has earned numerous sales recognitions including membership in the President’s Club in 2003, 2004 and 2005, as well as the Chairman’s Club in 2005.
