William “Bill” Froelich is a leasing agent in the Industrial Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate organization. Mr. Froelich joins a team of accomplished industrial real estate professionals with invaluable experience in the Hawaii market.
Mr. Froelich attended the University of Washington where he obtained a degree in Law, Society and Justice. Mr. Froelich then attended Santa Clara University where he obtained a law degree. During law school, he worked at the law offices of Rossi Hamerslough Rieschl and Chuck, a respected real estate and business law firm located in San Jose, California. With a passion for real estate, Mr. Froelich focused his educational studies on real property issues with specific interests in IRS Code Section 1031 exchanges.
With his extensive education in real property and enthusiasm, Mr. Froelich is armed to represent his clients with utmost professionalism and zeal.
