William “Bill” Froelich is a Vice President specializing in sales, acquisitions and leasing in the Industrial and Investment Services Division of Colliers International, One of Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate organizations. Mr. Froelich is a part of a team of accomplished industrial real estate professionals with invaluable experience in the Hawaii market. Mr. Froelich graduated from the University of Washington with his BA in Law, Society and Justice. Mr. Froelich then obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) from Santa Clara University. During law school, Mr. Froelich focused his educational studies on real property issues with specific interests in IRS Code Section 1031 exchanges. In addition to achieving his CCIM designation in 2009, Mr. Froelich’s sale and leasing transaction volume exceeded $30 million dollars including brokering 3 of the top ten industrial building sales, and the top 2 industrial raw land sales in the state. In 2010 Mr. Froelich received his SIOR Designation. Since 2006, Mr. Froelich’s sale and leasing transaction value has exceeded $150 million dollars. With his extensive education in real property, service mentality and work ethic, Mr. Froelich has continuously exceeded his client’s expectations with competency, integrity and results.
