Wayne is a member of the Colliers International, Boise Investment Services Group. He specializes in both acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
Wayne began his professional career in the high-tech industry, as a senior-level project manager overseeing numerous software development projects. After a successful career in the high-tech field, he began his real estate career in the California Bay Area. Shortly after his start in California, he discovered the Boise market and joined the Colliers organization in November 2004.
Wayne joined the Colliers Office Team in 2004 and was named "Rookie of the Year" in 2005. During his tenure as an Office broker, he represented both tenants and landlords. Wayne joined the Colliers Investment Services team in 2007.
