Company Experience

Warren began with the company in 1981 as an Associate and in 1986 he was promoted to Vice President.  In 1998, Mr. Morris was named Manager of the Office Services Group, and in 2004 became an equity partner of the company and a member of its Board of Directors.  Warren is currently the President and CEO of Colliers Ostendorf-Morris.

Achievements

As a top producer in the company, Warren has completed over 700 transactions that involved the lease and sale of more than 5,000,000 square feet of office space. Warren’s superior market knowledge has enabled him to serve as a local expert, contributing to the highly publicized Colliers Office Market Survey, and the national office survey published for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Warren has served as a tenant representative for major corporations and has handled the marketing responsibilities for some of Cleveland’s premier downtown and suburban office buildings. Warren has had experience in the sale of numerous office buildings as well as involvement with build-to-suit assignments.  He recently negotiated a $6 million building sale on behalf of a financial services company for an operations center; and successfully disposed of an 85,000 square foot sub-lease assignment in the CBD for Conseco Insurance.
