Company Experience
Trevor has successfully pursued a land brokerage career in Orlando for over 30 years. The focus of his practice is the representation of important landowners, taking a creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to maximizing the value of their land holdings.
Professional Accomplishments
From 1975 until 1990, Trevor was a top producer at Florida Ranch Lands, completing many of the area’s largest land transactions. These include the Southchase sale at $29 million, the General Waterworks sales at $6 million, Florida Splendid China at $8 million, Taft Ranch at $5 million and a host of other transactions. In each of these, he represented the seller, and undertook a variety of value-enhancing efforts leading to sales at the highest and best values for his clients. In addition, Trevor participated in Cypress Park as a land development partner, building designer, owner, leasing and management agent. These efforts added considerably to his skills and knowledge of land resource economics.
In the 1990’s, Trevor and his father purchased Lambert Smith Hampton’s Orlando office. With a partner and an excellent team of brokers they built the sales volume of this firm to $75 million. He then engineered a sale of the firm to the Pizzuti organization and repositioned himself in land-owner representation.
In 1998 he joined Colliers Arnold. Recent sales include Dr. Phillips 45 acres at $16 million, Greenway South at $10.55 million, Agere Systems at $50 million and the Weingarten / Whole Foods lease at $10 million, among other transactions.
Trevor’s friends and colleagues know him as a fun-loving, intelligent, ethical and resourceful professional. Trevor views himself as a true fiduciary agent for his clients, in the best, old-fashioned meaning of that role.
