Company Experience
Tracy joined the Colliers Ostendorf-Morris Property Management Department in 1995 as Properties Accounting Manager. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2000 and Vice President in 2004.
Professional Experience
Tracy worked at Zaremba Group, Inc. for seven years where she was a Supervisor of Property Accounting and was involved with all aspects of property management accounting as it related to construction and development for commercial and residential real estate and low income housing.

Achievements
Tracy directs the accounting and administration of a portfolio of both institutionally and privately held investment properties in excess of five million square feet. Responsibilities include monthly financial reporting and analysis, annual budgeting and operating expense pass-through, tenant maintenance and cash management. Tracy manages accounting personnel consisting of accountants and clerical support personnel both at the corporate office and at remote offices.
Among her current responsibilities, Tracy manages the accounting group so that they can provide internal management with the information necessary to properly assess the financial status of the investment at any time, including the impact of acquisition/disposition, refinancing, etc.
