Tony D’Ambrosio has over 10 years experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, research & analysis, and marketing, and he has played a key role in successful commercial real estate transactions Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas.
After receiving a Master’s Degree, he began his career as a research analyst, quickly becoming the Director of Research at Realticorp, a commercial investment fund in Greenville, SC. He then moved on to co-found St. James Capital, a private real estate investment firm where he served as Director of Investments and was responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial real estate investment cycle, from acquisition to asset management and disposition. He focuses strictly on the disposition and acquisition of multitenant retail properties through the Southeast and in the Mid-Atlantic, and is consistently among the top producing Shopping Center Investment Sales brokers at Colliers nationwide.

Tony is the recipient of the 2007 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Young Council of Realtors L. Frederick Glass “Rookie of the Year Award” as the top producing commercial broker in Atlanta under the age of 35.
Within Colliers International, he also serves as the national chair of the Colliers Retail Investment Services Group for 2009 – 2010, and is a member of Colliers’ elite group of Investment Specialists, CISG. He is also a member of the National Retail Steering Committee for Colliers, and holds a leadership position in Colliers’ Asset Resolution Team, a group of professionals charged with client development for Special Servicers and Lending Institutions.
He was recently awarded by Colliers as its second highest producing retail investment sales broker in North America in 2008.
