Tony D’Ambrosio brings to the Investment Sales Team over 10 years experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, disposition, research, transaction management and brokerage. He has worked on commercial real estate investments throughout the southeast and Texas.
Tony began his career as a research analyst, eventually becoming the Director of Research at Realticorp, a commercial investment fund in Greenville, SC. Subsequently he moved on to co-found St. James Capital, a private real estate investment firm where he served as Director of Investments and was responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial real estate investment cycle, from acquisition to asset management and disposition.
Mr. D’Ambrosio is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and holds real estate licenses is six states.
