Tom began his real estate career in 1992, leasing, selling and managing commercial properties.   Over the subsequent ten years, Tom has provided management services to over one hundred thirty office, industrial and retail buildings comprising of approximately twelve million square feet, and has completed leasing transactions in excess of 2 million square feet.  As Director of Property Services, Tom is responsible for mapping out custom tailored operational and marketing strategies for a portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.

In 1992 - Tom Co-Founded Southland Management Group, which focused on receiving stabilizing and selling distressed commercial properties in Southern California.    

In 1998 - Tom joined CarrAmerica as a Senior Property Manager, and managed a 1.3 million square foot class A office portfolio in Northern California. 

In 1999 - Tom joined De Anza Properties as a portfolio manager and in addition to managing a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of office and retail properties, Tom also planned and entitled 3 major redevelopment projects, including a $200 million mixed used project. 

In 2001 - Tom joined Equity Office as General Manager and redesigned a management system to manage a 5 million square foot portfolio industrial and office buildings, which was later used as a model to restructure the entire company’s 130 million square foot portfolio.

Education

Tom received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautics and a Minor in Safety at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.
