Tom is a Senior Vice President within the industrial depart¬ment of Colliers International where he works with users and owners in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. He concentrates primarily on the O’Hare marketplace. Prior to his current position, Tom worked in industrial adver¬tising sales for eight years. Tom’s aggressive and persistent marketing skills have proven to be a valuable asset to his success at Colliers.Tom actively participates in the Association of In¬dustrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). Tom participates in the Cystic Fibrosis Founda¬tion as well as the Northwestern Gridiron network and the Northwestern University Alumni Associa¬tion.Tom was awarded the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE) 2006 Frank Mahoney Award for excellence in industrial sales and leasing. Tom is recognized by Colliers International as an Everest Award Winner, an honor reserved for the company’s top 10% of producers in North America. He was also named a CoStar Power Broker in 2005 and 2010.
