Todd, an Orlando native, joined Colliers International Central Florida in 2008. Prior to joining Colliers International, he was the Vice President of Transaction Services at Carter Real Estate for four years following five years at NAI/Realvest as a Senior Office Associate. Over the past Eleven years, he has been involved in over 300 leasing and sales transactions in excess of $200,000,000. As Director of Office Services with Colliers, he leverages his extensive knowledge of the marketplace to provide excellent representation for his clients. His focus includes office/industrial, tenant and landlord representation, and acquisition and disposition of income-producing properties and owner/user buildings.
