Susan S. Ichimasa joined Colliers Monroe Friedlander in 1999 and has over thirty-five years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has an impressive background of leasing of commercial and retail real estate with a focus on office properties.
Susan received her real estate license in 1979; however, her experience in commercial real estate began in 1973 as an administrative assistant carrying out property management duties for Amfac Center, where she was employed for 12 years.
Susan is an instrumental member of Colliers Monroe Friedlander's Office Services Division. She has extensive experience servicing institutional accounts and varying classes of properties throughout the island with occupancy and rental levels evidencing her extreme value as a listing member. Susan also performs tenant representation work and is able to satisfy their needs utilizing her many years of experience and knowledge of the market.
Prior to joining Colliers, Susan was a senior broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties, formerly known as Wagner and Wagner, Inc., where she was part of the leasing team since 1987. During her tenure with Wagner and Wagner, she served as the exclusive leasing agent for the Ala Moana Building for 10 years, during which time she was able to maintain occupancy levels in the 90-95 percentile. Susan was also the exclusive leasing agent of The ANA Kalakaua Center and had also served on that project for 10 years since its redevelopment in 1989.
Previously, Susan managed and leased the Makaloa Plaza and Tropicana Square for the Petty Corporation and has been the exclusive leasing agent for multiple properties including:
