Stewart has been handling the sales and leasing of industrial properties since he joined Charles Tingey Associates in 1979. During his career, Stewart has handled the industrial real estate needs for most of the major companies seeking properties in the Central California, including some of the largest industrial transactions on record. Stewart is also one of the original partners of the firm, and in 1997 served as Colliers Tingey International's first Colliers Manager for 6 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of CTI. Stewart is also a board member of the Northern California Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and served as president of the chapter in 2005.
