Stephanie has been in the Kansas City real estate community since 2001. Prior to joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Stephanie was a sales associate with a local Kansas City commercial real estate company, where her primary focus was the sales and leasing of over 2 million square feet of office, industrial and flex property at Pine Ridge Business Park. In 2007, Stephanie had a transaction volume of over $4 million and exceeded that number in 2008 to reach over $5 million.
With a primary focus on Landlord Representation, Stephanie's attention to detail, expertise, aggressive marketing and overall disposition compliment the objectives of Landlords and Owners. Stephanie also works closely with the Corporate Solutions Group at CTMT and provides transaction management, portfolio administration and disposition services for H&R Block and other national clients.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Stephanie was a representative for one of the nation's largest pharmaceutical companies. Based on the experience she gained and the current growth of the healthcare industry, Stephanie's current focus is sales, leasing and development of medical office space.
