Stephanie has been in the Kansas City real estate community since 2001. Prior to joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Stephanie worked for Block & Company. Her primary focus was on sales and leasing of over 2 million square feet of office, industrial and flex property in Northern Johnson County. She also provided services to clients in the areas of tenant and buyer representation. In 2007, Stephanie had a transaction volume in excess of $4 million.
Stephanie's responsibilities at CTMT are with the Corporate Solutions Group, providing services relating to transaction management, lease portfolio administration, and dispositions for national clients. She will also be responsible for leasing 2405 Grand and 2600 Grand, two prestigious Crown Center properties.
