Stan joined Colliers Arnold in the Orlando office as Director of Market Analytics & G.I.S. where he focused on further overall development of the market data and research department. After doing an exceptional job as the head of research, Stan became a Junior Associate for the Director of Retail Services in 2007. His background in commercial real estate research, consumer sales and education in Urban Development and Business Law is an exceptional combination that adds value to the Colliers Arnold Team.

Stan is a member of the 2000 graduating class of the University of Wisconsin where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Development with an emphasis on Business Law. Stan's experience in commercial real estate dates back to 1998 when he started as an intern for CBRE in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2002 he ventured out to form Orion Properties, LLC where he gained further experience in the industry before ending up in Florida with Colliers Arnold in 2004. Since starting at Colliers Arnold, he has taken the Orlando Research Department to the next level making it one of the most competitive in market data/analytic houses in the region. Stan now focuses his extensive experience in market analytics and G.I.S. into the presentation of commercial opportunities to current and prospective clients.
Stan has handled site selection and tenant representation for Noodles & Co., InkStop, American Momentum Bank, bd's Mongolian Grill, Counter Burger, Color Wheel, Bright Horizons, Urgent Care Clinics, and Rush Enterprises. In addition, he has also represented landlords such as United Growth and Post Properties.
