Staci M. Castro is a Senior Property Manager for Colliers Monroe Friedlander.  Her experience in property management includes contract administration, capital improvements, client relations, as well as day-to-day operations of industrial and office properties.  She is also experienced in financial reporting including creating project budgets, variance tracking and future business forecasting.   

Prior to joining Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Ms. Castro was an independent consultant providing property and project management services to building owners.  She also served as Sr. Real Estate Manager/Consultant for CBRE/AMB Property Corp. in California where she managed several million square feet of industrial product.   She is thoroughly proficient in accounting software such as MRI, CTI and JD Edwards and has extensive experience in the use of Argus reports.

Ms. Castro is a professionally licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of California.  She graduated from the San Francisco State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.
