Spencer D. Machida is a Leasing Associate for the Industrial Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate firm.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Machida serviced over a 100 local mortgage brokers on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. As an account executive in the Mortgage Banking Industry, he has completed multimillions of dollars in transactions. Prior to becoming involved in mortgage banking, Mr. Machida began his career in residential real estate. He completed numerous real estate purchases, sales and investor transactions.
Mr. Machida specializes in customer service. His unique perspective and focus on quality of work and attention to detail allows him to effectively service all of his clients’ real estate needs.
Mr. Machida was born and raised in Hawaii and his local roots, vast knowledge of Hawaii’s people and culture along with his extensive understanding of Hawaii’s land and economy equips him with a specialized knowledge base that proves to be beneficial for his clients.
