Mr. Tadaki’s tenant advisory includes prominent companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Cancer Research Center of Hawaii, University of Hawaii at Manoa, John A. Burns School of Medicine; Lockheed Martin Corporation, Hawaii Electric Company (HECO), Hawaii Pacific Health (Kapiolani Medical Center Pali Momi, Straub Clinic & Hospital, and Wilcox Memorial Hospital), Norwegian Cruise Lines, Milici Valenti Ng Pack, Anthology Marketing Group (McNeil Wilson Laird Christianson and Starr Seigle), Noval Sol, T-Mobile, Clearwire, Hawaii Pacific University, Swinerton Builders, Ferraro Choi Architects, and The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
Mr. Tadaki successfully represents Central Pacific Bank, one of Hawaii’s largest financial institutions, and is responsible for exclusively leasing Central Pacific Bank’s portfolio of leasable real estate holdings. One such holding is Central Pacific Plaza, the bank’s headquarters and one of Honolulu’s premier Class “A” office towers. In 2004, with Central Pacific Bank’s acquisition of City Bank, Hawaii’s forth (4th) largest bank, Mr. Tadaki’s portfolio with Central Pacific Bank has nearly doubled.
As a real estate professional, Mr. Tadaki has achieved and maintained one of the highest referral rates from his portfolio of previous clients and continues to target and qualify potential clients. In addition, Mr. Tadaki through various organizations and affiliations is driven to make a difference in his community and tackle social issues that exist in Hawaii.
