Mr. Tadaki specializes in the leasing of office properties, with an emphasis on Class "A" office product and tenants that occupy that caliber of space.  His professional experience includes landlord and tenant representation assignments with local, mainland, and international corporations. 

Mr. Tadaki successfully represents Central Pacific Bank, one of Hawaii's largest financial institutions, and is responsible for exclusively leasing Central Pacific Bank’s portfolio of leasable real estate holdings. One such holding is Central Pacific Bank, the bank’s headquarters and one of Honolulu's premier Class “A” office towers.  In 2004, with Central Pacific Bank’s acquisition of City Bank, Hawaii's forth (4th) largest bank, Mr. Tadaki’s portfolio for Central Pacific Bank has nearly doubled. 

Mr. Tadaki’s tenant advisory includes prominent companies such as Kaiser Permanente, University of Hawaii at Manoa, John A. Burns School of Medicine; Hawaii Pacific Health (Merger between Straub Clinic and Hospital, Kapiolani Health, and Wilcox Memorial Hospital) American Savings Bank; Norwegian Cruise Lines; Milici Valenti Ng Pack; The Prudential Insurance Company of America; KPMG; Nova Sol; T-Mobile; and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
