Scott L. Mitchell (B) SIOR is the Executive Vice President of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii’s largest commercial & real estate brokerage organization. Mr. Mitchell presently manages the firm's industrial leasing and sales division, is the internal corporate trainer, and is the firm's most active investment broker. He has been a partner and a Director of the firm since 1989.

Mr. Mitchell joined the firm in 1981 and his varied career has spanned all facets of the commercial real estate arena including: office, industrial and retail leasing and sales. He has managed each of the respective divisions within the firm (office, retail, and industrial), served a 5-year term as the company's Chief Operating Officer, is a member of the firms Executive Advisory Board and periodically the acting Broker-in-Charge.

Trained as an industrial leasing and sales specialist, Mr. Mitchell has consistently been among the company’s top producers. His successful industrial leasing career is complimented by his extensive track record as the company’s most active and experienced investment sales producer with over 110 separate transactions and a sales volume in excess of $350 million.

Mr. Mitchell's investment sales experience spans all types of investment properties including industrial facilities, retail shopping centers, office buildings, raw land, build-to-suit opportunities and commercial property development.
