Scott joined Colliers Arnold-Orlando in November 2005 as Director of Retail Services. He specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation, as well as land sales, site selection and sublease/disposition work. Scott was formerly the Associate Director of Cushman and Wakefield and Vice President – Central Florida for Staubach Retail.

Scott has over 15 years of brokerage experience and 3 years prior as a Retail Leasing Specialist. He worked on leasing small specialty strip centers to large power centers - including Altamonte Town Center and Millenia Plaza- ranging in size from 9,800 square feet to over 700,000 square feet.
Scott has represented landlords such as American Financial, Jupiter Realty, National Retail Properties, CenterAmerica, Reynold's Metals, Post Properties, K-mart Asset Management and Price Legacy, to name a few. He has also represented developers such as Continental Properties, Archon/Goldman Sachs, Century Retail, Sun Atlantic, CNL, Falcon Commercial, and Sembler for site selection and leasing
He has closed over 375 transactions in the past ten years and has been recognized in the Top 5 Retail Brokers in Orlandoby CFCRES since 1998.
Scott has handled site selection and tenant representation assignments for RBC / Centura Bank, First Watch, Pei Wei, bd's Mongolian Grill, Thomasville Furniture, Lifestyle Fitness, T-Mobile, Drexel-Heritage Furniture, Panda Express, Lane Furniture, Verizon, Red Robin, Bruegger's Bagels, Jamba Juice, Hobby Lobby, Mattress Giant, Noodles and Co., Total Wine, American Momentum Bank, Counter Burger, and Urgent Care among others.
Scott has managed sublease and disposition assignments for CVS/Eckerd’s and K-mart Corp. in Orlando and other markets.
He has negotiated over $43M in building and land transactions ranging from 1.8 acres to 22 acres for developers and owners in the past two years.
