Scott Bazoian joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 1983 as a broker specializing in office leasing and sales. He was named Assistant Vice President in 1988, Vice President in 1990, Senior Vice President in 1994, and Managing Principal of the St. Louis office in 1999. In 1993, Mr. Bazoian became an owner of the firm and joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Board of Directors. He was elected as a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 1989 and earned his CCIM designation in 1996, joining an elite group of approximately 400 real estate specialists nationwide who hold the dual SIOR/CCIM designation. Since joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Mr. Bazoian has earned Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Chairman Circle Award for sales excellence every year since 1987 and was recognized as the company’s top producer in 2000 and 2001.
