Sarah Lee Morihara is President/Managing Director of Colliers Monroe Friedlander. In this capacity, Ms. Morihara oversees the operations of the brokerage and property management divisions, ensuring service delivery to the Company’s clients, providing client consultation and providing guidance and support to the leasing and sales agents and property managers. In concert, Ms. Morihara and the Executive Team strive to provide optimal real estate solutions for clients.
Ms. Morihara’s background is in real estate law, having practiced previously at one of Honolulu’s largest law firms, Cades Schutte. This allows her to enhance Colliers services with legal practicality and insight while maintaining the ability to explore solutions.

Ms. Morihara received her B.S.B.A from the University of Denver in International Business, spending her junior year at the University of Surrey in Guildford, England studying International Affairs. She returned to Hawaii to attend the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii where she was a member and editor of the law review for two years.
