Ms. Yamada has extensive experience in the property management field and joined the Colliers Monroe Friedlander team in September of 2001. Currently, she is the property manager of Maui Marketplace, a regional mall totaling almost half a million square feet.  Ms. Yamada started her property management career with a development firm managing their shopping center for approximately 10 years until the center was sold. She then continued management of the center under the new ownership, gaining invaluable experience in shopping center operations, tenant needs and owner requirements. Ms. Yamada utilizes a proactive approach to property management. Her success with managing properties for institutional clients is attributed to her consistent high level of service. 

Ms. Yamada is professionally licensed as a Real Estate Agent in the State of Hawaii.

In her spare time, Ms. Yamada enjoys spending time with her family and spending a day at the malls.
