Ryan Y. Marn is a member of the Retail Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc.   Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marn spent four years working in the New York City and Honolulu offices of the public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP.  At Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Marn specialized in the Real Estate Tax Group and his clients included some of the largest real estate developers and investors in the world.  Mr. Marn regularly draws on many of his experiences as a Certified Public Accountant to provide exceptional value and service to all his current retail clients. 

Mr. Marn has grown up in real estate, having been involved with family-owned businesses that invest, develop and manage privately held commercial and residential real estate properties both in Hawaii and California.  Among these properties, Mr. Marn was actively involved with the development and management of a 35,000 square foot retail project where he honed his skills in leasing, lease negotiations, and tenant management.  Mr. Marn continues to analyze the development opportunities of other existing family-owned properties.  This deep knowledge of real estate coupled with his unique CPA background allows Mr. Marn to provide increased value to his clients.
