Company Experience

Russell Rogers joined Colliers Ostendorf-Morris in the Office Services Group in 1993 and has been active in both lease and sale transactions.  Russ has consistently been one of the top producers in the company.  In 2004, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Office Services Group. 

Professional Experience

Russ began his career in commercial real estate in 1989 with CB Commercial, an international commercial real estate brokerage firm.  Russ moved on to work for Weston, Inc., owners and managers of more than ten million square feet of commercial property throughout the Midwest region of the United States as their Manager of the Office Leasing Division.

Recent Assignments

McKinsey & Company- (The industry leader in business consulting) Represented McKinsey in the relocation to approximately 40,000 square feet into the top two office floors of the BP Tower, downtown Cleveland's premier office building.

Ceridian Corporation- (The leading information services company in the human resource, retail and transportation markets) Represented their lease renewal of approximately 30,000 square feet and negotiated for on of their subsidiaries the expansion and lease extension of approximately 11,000 square feet.

Cuyahoga County- (The county in which the City of Cleveland is located) Was involved in the lease renewal and expansion for approximately 65,000 square feet for the County Administration Offices and Emergency Services Offices.

AmeriCenters- (Owners and operators executive suite business) Representing AmeriCenters in the search for 18 land sites ($1 million to $2 million each) throughout the Central Region of the United States (Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Texas).

Cleveland Cliffs- (41,000 square feet) Was involved in negotiating the relocation of Cleveland Cliffs' headquarters.

WB Doner Advertising- ( 27,000 square feet) Was involved in the leasing of a full floor to WB Doner Advertising.

GELcore- (a division of GE Lighting)- Represented GELcore in the search for a 35,000 square foot research and development facility with very specific requirements.

Achievements

Russ has a strong background as a tenant representative, he has represented the real estate interests for many national and local companies for relocation to new leased space, lease renewals, expansion of their existing premises within a multi-tenant building and identifying purchase options.  He has also handled the marketing, sales and leasing responsibilities for many significant downtown and suburban office buildings for local and institutional landlords.

Russ has competed a variety of real estate assignments including lease/sale real estate searches for numerous companies, in a variety of industries in the Cleveland area, including:  corporate offices, law firms, insurance agencies, general sales offices, and medical organizations.
