Roy Toguchi joined the Colliers Monroe Friedlander team in January of 2008.  Currently a Senior Property Manager, Mr. Toguchi has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years in multiple capacities (development, brokerage, rental management, consultant, property management and project/construction management). 

Mr. Toguchi manages HMSA Center, a 250,000 square feet Class A commercial building in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Previously, he managed a portfolio of Office, Industrial, Retail, Medial properties which includes First Insurance Center, Waikele Premium Outlets, Waiau Warehouse, Kaiser Permanente Mapunapuna, etc.  He has expertise in physical and fiscal management, tenant relations, facilities management, project/construction management, and also has experience in due diligence and consulting services for medical facilities and disposition/abandonment of gasoline service stations. 

Mr. Toguchi is a professionally licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Hawaii.  He graduated from Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan followed by studies in Japan and Hawaii in Electronics Engineering and Business Management. 

In his spare time, Mr. Toguchi enjoys spending quality time with family and playing/hacking away at a little white ball for 18 holes.
