COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Ronald is vice president in the Industrial and Investment Services Division of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Inc., Hawaii's largest commercial real estate organization.

Prior to joining Colliers, Ronald owned and operated a food distribution business in both Hawaii and Nevada. During his 35 years in business, he completed several real estate purchase, sale and lease transactions on behalf of his companies.

Since joining Colliers in 2004, he has consistently been a top performer for the company, and has repeatedly been division top performer.

Colliers’ clients have benefitted from Ronald's commercial real estate experience in the Hawaii market, as well as his previous business experience as the owner and operator of several distribution companies. He has served clients in many capacities, including acquisitions, dispositions, landlord representation, tenant representation and strategic planning.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As Vice President of Colliers Industrial & Investment Services Divisions in Hawaii, Ronald specializes in sales and leasing of industrial land and existing warehouse facilities.  He has worked closely with many investors, tenants, and owner-users. Further, he has represented countless owners and landlords in the sale and leasing of their properties.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Dreyer's of Hawaii Ltd. ? President / Owner
As owner of this Statewide distribution company for nearly 30 years, Ronald was in charge of every aspect of operations including the acquisition of five warehouse facilities in Hawaii and on the mainland, as well as several leased facilities.

Dreyer's of Las Vegas ? President / Owner
Founded in 1978, Ronald started the company from the ground up. It was built into a successful distribution operation and sold in 1981 to focus completely on the Hawaii operations.

Vintage Management Associates ? Unit Manager
Recruited out of Arizona State University, Ronald was involved in management and staff training, as well as operations for multiple restaurant units in Northern California and Texas.  He was with the firm for 5 years before leaving to start his own company in Nevada.
