Mr. Cochran is Executive Vice President of the Charlotte office and a member of the Colliers Investment Services Group. He specializes in the sale of office, industrial and retail investment properties in the Carolinas. His clients include Liberty Property Trust, Highwoods, Prudential, Cousins, CW Capital, Crescent Resources, The Bissell Companies, Childress Klein Properties, The Keith Corporation, Lauth Property Group, Sarofim Realty Advisors, INVESCO and Wachovia.
Mr. Cochran began his career in commercial real estate in 1980 as an office leasing and sales broker with a local real estate services firm. He led the local Cushman & Wakefield office for four years. He is recognized as an industry leader based on his production, tenure and leadership in industry and community organizations. Mr. Cochran is a member of the Board of Directors of Colliers Pinkard. In 2005, he was elected Colliers Manager of the Year for Colliers USA.
